Licq keeps track of when sending through the server is required. It does this very poorly. That's to say, the code is ok, but it's just not possible for the program to always know when to send through the server. I've create a 'dumbsendthroughserver' patch some time ago that you can download from my website [1]. It's not synced to current CVS though, so it might not apply correctly. I'll try to resync the patches on that site some time in the next couple of weeks and try to get them included.
