When you update their info, it'll set their server alias to the new updated 
alias.  I'm thinking of removing this so only when you "Save" it'll rename 
the user on the server.  Now as for the unknown 0x0A error, it is my guess 
that the user you are "Update"'ing is not actually on the server, correct?
