In this case you will need to ask auth from your contact, since licq now
uses the server side contactlist, and *requires* to ask the server if the

Positive point about this one: You'll get your user from the server, on
with they allready are authorized, becouse they are in windows icq :)
That means, you dont have to re-ask authorization :D

You dont need to ask authtorization now indied. YOU DO need to ask auth if
you plan to upload the contact to the server later!
