i gathered some information about licq translation in the last days. Below is
a list of languages and their translators in licq. Some translations are
discontinued by their authors, so we need contributors:

Why i consider these translations as "free for contributors":

tr.po -> no reply from origin author (Ertan Sekmen)
uk.po -> Eugene Onischenko is too busy right now
Jon, should we mention the free translations on licq.org to get contributors?
Maybe a copy of this message on licq-main is a good idea?
