would still get an old qt plugin

OK I was wondering if it was because of the good old' qt2 I'm still using
(that would have been strange but who knows?)

Sorry that's a translation of the "Fonctions utilisateur/Chercher un
utilisateur" from the french translation. From the .po file it's the
searchuserdlg dialog (where you can find icq numbers by email, name, ...).
That bug appeared not long ago.
