        Althought off-topic...I've noticed an increase in spam myself, however I highly
doubt it's just the licq mailing list.  I'm currently subscribed to 21 mailing
lists...so I'm almost positive, it doesn't help me out much in respect to spam. 
Though, this is why our mail servers have UCE/URE implemented.
