Did you try to register a new UIN or did you try to register an already
existing UIN? ("I already have a UIN")
Licq cannot register a new UIN for you right now, if you do not already have
one, please go to www.icq.com and register one at their homepage.
If you tried to register an existing UIN, then your password might be too
long, please use only the first 8 Characters as your password. If this does
not help, then please go to www.icq.com and claim that you forgot your
password, they will send a correct password to your email adress (the one
that's included in your profile).
