Also: the text is a bit strange. First there is NO previous Licq config files,
and there no UPGRADE file in/usr/doc/licq-xxx/upgrade (this path should not be
hardcoded? outdated message?).
This message exists couse you soecified a plugin on the command line to use, If you don't pass the '-p' switch, it will just initialize automaticly.
Maybe a developer can tell you more about this.
