For some reason licq stopped working. I was sending a file to someone when i hit
a help button somewhere and licq crashed. I tried to open it again by clicking
on the executable and it didn't open. I uninstalled and re-installed and it
still doesn't work. Strange thing is, i can run it from the terminal as root,
but not as a user.
This is what it says when i run it as a user (with -d 15):
