Hi folks,

here is a set of patches against licq 1.2.4 and the relevant gt-gui plugin (a
.patch file for each, both are needed).
These patches provide these features:

- display the tcp protocol version (v6, v8, etc.) used by a contact's ICQ
client in the contact list tooltips.
The tcpversion can be displayed only if known, i.e. the remote contact has to
have been online at least once during the local user online session
This info is intentionally NOT saved in the contact files.

- the same info is displayed in the contact info dialog (tab "More"), and adds
the licq version if available (this licq version was already displayed in the
contact list tooltip).

Patch files have been generated `using diff -urN` against licq 1.2.4 sources,
apply using `patch -p1 < filename`.

HIH, please tell me if something is wrong in the implementation or if I've
missed something, and also if these features are found useful or not.

Regards,
