Happend here too:

11:11:05: [SRV] Requesting logon (#12825)...
11:11:05: [SRV] Connecting to login server.
11:11:05: [SRV] Resolving login.icq.com port 5190...
11:11:05: [SRV] ICQ server found at 64.12.200.89:5190.
11:11:05: [SRV] Opening socket to server.
11:11:05: [ERR] Unknown sign on error: 0x15.

but after an hour it worked again (although this time it was a
different icq server):

12:16:39: [SRV] Connecting to login server.
12:16:39: [SRV] Resolving login.icq.com port 5190...
12:16:39: [SRV] ICQ server found at 205.188.179.233:5190.
12:16:39: [SRV] Opening socket to server.
12:16:39: [SRV] Authenticated. Connecting to 64.12.30.44 port 5190.
12:16:39: [SRV] Resolving 64.12.30.44 port 5190...
12:16:39: [SRV] ICQ server found at 64.12.30.44:5190.
12:16:39: [SRV] Opening socket to server.
12:16:40: [SRV] Server says he's ready.

So my wild guess would be that mirabelis is having troubles with
some of their servers.

Bye,
    Joerg
