This patch won't be applied to CVS since it breaks some expected 
functionality.  If KDE Default is set, none is saved in the config file.  So 
getUrlViewer() will return NULL.  When a URL is sent, there is a button that 
will let you view the url, but it is not set when I use KDE Default, since 
getUrlViewer() is NULL.

The behaviour I would like to see is that it saves KDE Default to the config 
file, and the gui will recognize this as technically being equivalent to 
"none".
