I try set up my N/A with some switches (%m and %a) and try what windows client can see my N/A message.
my friend try icq 99b, 2001b and 2002a and nobody get my n/a (n/a message without special switchces too)
then my friend try icq 2003a and work fine ! :-) he can see my n/a message with correct text and switches too (instead of %a he's nickname and instead of %m number of message in queue).
