I've noticed through LICQ versions that the send through server option is still being enabled in a seemingly random fashion.
Specifically, when spending a large period of time in an away status and return I find it enabled for several people, including many with whom I have a secure channel established.
Is there a forum to which I can submit or contribute to a bug? I'd love to see this resolved quickly, if at all possible.
