Hello, I've noticed a problem with translation of cyrillic messages in licq - in the both 1.2.xx versions and the current CVS.
This problem repeatedly occurs with ICQLite clients and sometimes with other
Mirabilis ("official") clients. Miranda seems to be ok.
I attach the following examples:
i) ICQLite case:

E0 E1 E2 E3 E4 (the first 5 letters of the russian alphabet in CP-1251)
have been translated wrongly to KOI8-R as БВЧЗД (cyrillic letters
inside, but not the first 5).
ii) Full version of Mirabilis ICQ, not sure which exactly though

69 63 6B 65 64 21 00 00 00 80 00 FF FF FF 00 icked!.........
The same first 5 characters have again been translated wrong.
