I would prefer this solution. Many users of KMail are already using it this way. Upcoming Distributions will have pre-configured installations of NewPG. At least here in germany this will become the solution of how to communicate online with the government (NewPG is needed for S/MIME support).

Can you tell me how to setup a gpg-agent? And what do you think about executing qt-/gtk-/curses-pinentry from within licq?
