Ok, I seem to have got this plugin going (and I've spent literally *days* trying to figure out the autoconf tools!)
I just noticed a small cosmetic bug in LICQ's acinclude.m4. At about line 63 it says "relpath=..." but when I compile my plugin that comes up with a directory not found error (which doesn't look very good.) I added "2> /dev/null" to it like the "relpath" statement a few lines above and that fixed it, just so you know ;-) I think I've finally got it into an acceptable state, so I'll post another message when I've uploaded it somewhere.
