look at the above line, you are using QT-Gui 1.2.8, which is our current CVS 
version. This means you have compiled licq  (or at least qt-gui) from source. 
You need to run the update script in your licq source directory: licq/
upgrade/upgrade-1.3.0.sh.
Also please make sure that you are using same version of daemon and qt-gui 
(means you are running licq-daemon 1.2.8 and qt-gui 1.2.8).
