Pretty much, but 100MB/s is less than $90 a month.  I saw that you can get 
26MB/s access for around $25/month.. but it is heavily saturated.  I'm 
looking at getting 12MB/sec for $50 a month... it isn't saturated 
(supposedly).  I do have a hard time finding the best internet access 
because of the kanji.  I almost signed up for wireless internet $75/month.. 
but only 25 hours per month.
