16:34:02: [SRV] SMS not delivered, error #12, param: BLACK GENERAL NETWORK

Seems like cellular operator blacklist aol networks, and don't accept SMS from it.

AFAIK every Dutch operator does  this. NO SMS-messages are accepted from 3th party services like this. This blocks SPAM verryverryverry affective :P
Licq handle situation when ICQ server reply "<deliverable>No</deliverable>" on send SMS request, but i can't find any description of error id's returned in this case.

Uhuh, thats why I reported this error, for you, developers, you can write code to intercept those errors and make a nice gui popup error windows like "Aaaaaach! sms not delevered", witch makes me, tester/user understand whats going on, and won't make Joe User upset about this. :)
