Hi! I am thinking of writing a Plugin for the Miranda Instant Messanger (Open Source IM for Win32 with Support for ICQ, Jabber, MSN, AIM, ...) to establish encrypted connections. I want to be compatible with LICQ, so any information how this is implemented in LICQ would be great.
