I just got the CVS version of licq and wanted to build it, but: -------------------------------------------------------------- $ make -f Makefile.cvs This Makefile is only for the CVS repository This will be deleted before making the distribution
*** Concatenating configure tests into acinclude.m4

FATAL ERROR: Autoconf version 2.50 or higher is required for this script

automake: Makefile.am: AM_GNU_GETTEXT in `configure.in' but `ALL_LINGUAS' not defined

I tried aclocal, autoconf and automake manually, but since I am no expert in these tools this was not successful. I have the autoconf and autoconf2.5 packages installed, and other configure scripts which need autoconf 2.50 work, too. Can you give my advice?
