I set the key I use with Licq as my default key and now pinentry asks for the
same correct passphrase twice as it should, so that problem is taken care of,
but Licq still does not decrypt messages.  Perhaps I need to set an
environmental variable someplace.  I use Debian, which is sometimes quirky
this way ;)

The network window shows:

18:02:29: [WRN] gpgme message decryption failed: No Passphrase

Same error I have been getting since I installed gpg-agent.
