I just tried receiving a message from a user not on my list (an AIM user).
There isn't really a problem, since I just discovered the "UNI (0)"
log.rejects entry only happens if I have Licq configured to reject new users.
When I don't have it set to reject new users, I get the message just fine and
the user is added to my list.

As I said before, my AIM users are able to see me when I am online, no problem
there. I am not sure if ICQ Lite users can see me, I am going to try testing
that too.
