Are you sure you have the latest CVS? Line 3551 in the CVS copy of user.cpp is 
m_szPassword = NULL

Won't work well if it can be compiled I imagine.  It's a dead plugin until

Once again.. this has been in CVS for a long time.  I think you aren't using a 
new version.  This error was fixed in early June.  I see the directory is 
licq-20040729  but this cannot be right.  Where did you get this from.. the 
Licq website?
