Probably we should close all direct connections when the server responds
a different IP address in a ICQ_SNACxRCV_NAMExINFO packet.

Setting IP_RECVERR on sockets is also helpful with dynamic IP addresses.
I've done this in my local builds for more than two years without any
problems.

I suspect the same problem. Closing a SSL connection doesn't close the
TCP connection. Licq only stops encrypting the data.
