problem with licq 1.2.7, but on my other computer (with another
account) it's working with licq 1.2.7.
Strage thing. Tried it with centericq and the contact list stays empty
there as well.

Solution there doesn't help me tough.
I've got 123 contacts on my list and still it does the same as with
u guys. Found out a quick solution:
Open the info box of the person you want to get work and click 'Save'.
Zap, and s/he'll come out of offline.
