Hi, just tested the latest CVS version with support for freedesktop.org systray/notification area support. It works, but not everytime. The problem is that the first time I launch licq, the icon gets a window of its own, not docked in the gnome panel, but if i close/relaunch licq, the icon is nicely docked. I've noticed this problem with skype[1] too, so perhaps it's a QT issue (or a GNOME panel/window manager issue).
Has anyone else encountered this? Any hints on what could be wrong? Is there any way for Licq to know if the icon is docked or not? If so, are there any debugging output I can look for to try and solve the problem? Regards, Isak PS. Using GNOME2.8 on Slackware 10.0 [1] http://www.skype.com/ -- Isak Savo <iso01001 student mdh se>
