hi, i'm currently writing a gtk2-gui for licq, messaging works quite well, but i cannot find a reliable way to get the connection status to a user. the ICQUser-class contains a function called "SendServer", that should return 0 if there is a direct connection, otherwise 1. however, this value doesn't seem to be reliable. has anyone a solution for this problem? at the moment all messages are sent via the server by default ...
