Hi all,
I tried again to compile licq and it failed. I can compile version 1.3.0 just
fine. For the record, here's what I did:

1. download licq-daily.tar.bz2
2. extract
3. cd licq-20041201
4. ./configure --prefix=/home/mark/licq
(normally I don't specify the prefix)
5.  make && make install
6. repeat 4 and 5 for qt-gui
7. cd /home/mark/licq/bin
8. ./licq
I get the error I had before:
20:23:50: [ERR] Unable to load plugin
(kde-gui): /usr/local/lib/licq/licq_kde-gui.so: undefined symbol:
_ZN15UserEventCommon15FindUserInConvoEPc.
20:23:50: [WRN] This usually happens when your plugin
is not kept in sync with the daemon.
                Please try recompiling the plugin.
If you are still having problems, see
                the FAQ at www.licq.org

I'm using Fedora Core 3. Does anyone else out there have FC3? I wonder if
it's related to my tool-chain. Anyway, I've gone back to 1.3.0 but it'd be
nice to be able to run the latest again.

Thanks,

Mark
