When some MSN user tries to send a file to me, my Licq crashes. I
think it's because MSN plugin doesn't support file transfer yet. So, it
would be nice if at least it warned the file sender that we do not
support file transfer at this time (I don't know if it's possible...).
Or at least just refuse the file transfer until it's supported.
