Yes, this can be possible and I will make sure it is in the next version of Licq. There was a patch before that would put a persons picture in the background. This has been delayed a bit because of the MSN plugin. I will want to find away to (optionally) show the partner's picture. Maybe using the patch that was submitted awhile ago, but nobody really liked.
