Ok, I guess sending it to all clients is an ok thing to do. In the case of
licqweb, there is one 'permanent' connection which is used to get
contact/owner info, contact status changes, new msgs etc - and then for
each message sent/received, another 'temporary' connection is made.
Anyway I'll code it up and see if this'll work.
