I'm not able to reproduce it, I can add as many users as I want and they stay there. Can you run licq -d31 -o licq.log and e-mail me the output of putting the users's on the ignore list. Then restart licq... licq -d31 -o licq-2.log and login and send me that file. The first packet in each file will contain your password encrypted (trivial to decrypt though), so please remove that if you post it to a public list.
