The 00 06 00 01 00 02 00 04 is unknown. Ever since I modified it to send a new 
DLL version, it sends that now. I added a patch to ignore these 8 bytes. Not 
sure what they mean though, they are always the same.
00 06 = size
00 01 = tlv type
00 02 = tlv size
00 04 = tlv data

The meaning is a mystery to me.
