Yes, in fact encryption code as a plugin is ideal. That way it doesn't bloat up the Licq code. The new design of Licq will be made to include this functionality. > A new documentation must be done with reoganizing the code. Yes, we will work on documentation as we make it. I personally prefer to use Doxygen for C/C++ projects. If anyone knows of any better tools, please let me know. > A wiki is a good idea but I think many people don't know what to write > there. > What were the reasons to create this wiki? What should be organised there? It was created with the main goal of giving good documentation to new user's of Licq or provide tips of using it. How many people are aware that they can use Licq on their home PC, and via a web server have nearly complete control of their Licq remotely? Not many I bet. Or the DCOP interface.... it's not documented _anywhere_. > Ok then let's do it. > > Hey people out there, ADD SOMETHING USEFULL TO THE WIKI. Well, with respect to the Roadmap, it will be added there after we have discussed where to go. We need to have the actual discussions before we can just start adding stuff. It will be used as a place to record the roadmap, and provide people a record of what is being done so they can then add to the discussion on the ML/IRC/etc, and then after that the road map on the wiki will be updated. > Here we have the problem which QnD addressed with community project. > What are the other developers doing at this time. Perhaps you should join us on IRC when we set the time and day for sure? You have the motivation it seems, just need to get everyone focused on what we are doign first :) Jon -- ________________________________________________________ Jon Keating ICQ: 16325723 [EMAIL PROTECTED] MSN: [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.licq.org GPG: 2290A71F http://www.thejon.org HOME: Minamiashigara, Japan
