Thanks, looks like I over missed this one when I changed how the
aliases are always saved.

This was the former way of setting the encoding used with the icq
protocol. However, it's suggested to not set this anymore because there
are per user encodings, which is much better than one general encoding.

I'll take a final review of the patches tonight after work.
