Hello. I want to make an slovak translation of licq. After few unsuccesfull tries follow the instructions in README.LOCALE I'm asking here in the mailing list. When I try: make template ; I've got make: *** No rule to make target `template'. Stop. Is this information up to date? How to do it correctly? I can at least take another language ts file and rewrite it. Thank you for help. Regards Ladislav.
