It is a strange message that means something somewhere is broken. Before,
Licq would get these with real and fake offlines. Now it appears to be
fake offlines sent from broken clients.

I will remove it for RC2 (or 1.3.4 if there is no RC2).

BTW, I will announce RC1 when I'm done with it.. I made a test tarball, but
will make another one that will be the official one.
