[Licq-main] READ IT PLEASE...!!!

My name is Rafael and sorry but I don't speak english well. I'm a brazilian computer student and I'm using LINUX sice july and I have a question. How can I use LICQ in a Local Network (LAN). This Network, doesn't have connection with Internet. Please. Help-me.   Thanks....   Rafael
