Before the update I could send/receive messages with iso-8859-8 encoding. Now I can receive them, but when I send a message wich contains non-ascii characters the recipient will only see my message in his windows ICQ's history. In the main window he only sees the ascii characters. I thought it's a problem in the windows, but maybe not...
