It's probably a bug/incomplete feature in licq that's causing this.
I've got the same number in my ~/.licq/owner.uin file and all my
contacts see me online without any problems. I compiled my version of
licq on April 14. You could try with that version and see if it works.
If you have cvs installed, you should be able to get it by typing:
cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/licq \
co -D 2002-04-14 licq
(if you put it all on one line, skip the '\')
If you haven't used cvs to get licq yet, that last command should be
preceded by:
cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/licq login
pressing return when prompted for a password.
