I had the same problem, but this problem is not licq problem. I tried to login
with lite icq. It couldn't connect too. Infact there was two messages that I couldn't
see very well - they appeared for not more than a second. Sorry if this is not very
helpful, but anyway there it is:
The first appeared at the licq lite user menu, and was something about
'unknown protocol'.
The second appeared in message box and was something about 'server error'.
