I need some more packets that are above this to properly diagnose the problem.

No, there's currently no other way to do this, I'd consider it a bug that 
should be fixed.

There should be a section in the FAQ about this.  It involves remote security 
settings on the client you are trying to connect to.  This will be resolved 
in the somewhat near future.
