I solved the problem...
the problem was in my system...i had gcc 3.2 and it won't compile with gcc3.2 
i think because my distro is not all compiled qith this gcc but with gcc 2.95
i haven't enough experience to say that:)
but i'm happy and Licq works fine 
i have to uninstall gcc 3.2 and install gcc 2.95 ( idon't know if this is a 
good job:) and licq works fine...but qt have some problem so i had to 
reinstall gcc 3.2:(
sorry for my bad english:) and tnx for help:=)
