All the .licq files. ?
The user.conf files?

The ~./licq/ files are not saved if there isn't space.
Licq when saves a files do these steps:
        1. Create a temporary file xx
        2. Write configuration to the file xx
        3. Rename xx to the configuration file.

user.conf was not following this steps the fixed in CVS.
