[Licq-main] Dropping server connection.

Hi.

Suddenly my trusty licq 1.2.0a stoped working.
I've been using it for a long time and now, all
of a sudden, it can not connect most of the time.
Which really drives me crazy is the fact that sometimes
when solar activity must be not extremely high it does
connect and works perfectly. What drives me crazy even more
is that same licq version on a same network with some
configuration and same OS works like a charm !
