Hi,
I wonder, if there is any particular reason why the status
of the user is not online at icq.com? I suspect, none of
my friends are notified when I am online.
I saw the related bug #463299 listed in the tracker but
there is no progress yet. That would be really nice to
fix to be honest. Maybe I can help.
