Great idea but I think AOL would have issues with that.  So far they 
have not bothered the LICQ project.  If this was done; ie. creating 
licqd/licq-server I believe it would draw thier attention to us.  
Right now AOL uses ICQ to do banner advertisements which is somewhat 
of a revenue stream for them due to the success of their ICQ 
network.  I'm not implying that we in the LICQ project completely 
dismiss an alternative icq server but perhaps it would be better if 
another group writes one, and not make it proprietory to LICQ but to 
all ICQ clones.
