At the bottom there is a button to click that will open up your list of KAddressBook entries, and then you select the one that matches that ICQ user. Currently my system is being re-installed so I dont even have Licq on it so I cant look at it. just going from my memory, but I havent used it yet since my KDE was too old to work with it.
